World Environment Day@SashaShop
In the month of June Sasha Shop celebrated World Environment Day with the theme “Connecting People to Nature”. The eco friendly week started from 5th of June and continued till 15th June. This year’s theme invited us to think about how we are part of nature and it also implores us to get outdoors, to appreciate the true beauty of nature and understand its importance to take forward the call to protect the Earth that we all share. For the event the shop had displayed a new range of Natural dyed products which included garments, scarves, sarees and home textiles. There was also the beautiful home décor range in natural fibers which included moorahs, madur, mats, natural dyed candles, ceramics, wooden platters, bowls and spoons. As the quote says … food is not simply organic fuel to keep body and soul together, it is perishable art that must be savored at the peak of perfection so not to miss out the organic food products like the wholesome grains, rice, spices, oils, jams, coffee, honey and more that was part of the spread. So let’s aim in spreading the word to save our Beautiful Earth.
